“Dress It Up to Strip It Down” is a journey that begins the moment we are born. We accumulate layers of perception, conditioning, and experience, only to find there comes a time when we must gently peel them back to discover who we truly are.

This EP is a collection of life lesson prayers  woven in silken sound, a reflection gathered from roamin’ the grounds of life and all it may have to teach me. It’s a window into my own process of shaking off those layers, and what I sing to remind myself of where I've been, where I am, and where I might be goin’ to.

Each song is a memento from that path, touching on the profound vulnerability, necessary integration, and uncertain direction of self-discovery.

These tracks explore that essential, healing exchange where our inner child and our adult self meet. It’s about learning how they can each hold the other,  offering wisdom, forgiveness, and the courage to grow. This music is for anyone on that same journey, learning to hold every version of themselves along the way.
